Glenview Close is a group of two-bedroom units with panoramic River Derwent and district views on Windsor Street, Glenorchy. From time to time one of the ten units becomes available for occupancy.

The units are situated in fully landscaped grounds that are maintained by Glenview. Parking is provided in your own garage with remote control access. Visitor parking is available with access at all hours on well-lit, secure grounds.

If you, or the person you will live with, are over 55 and retired you are welcome to apply for a Glenview Close unit.

Our simple agreement is that you won’t own the unit outright. The unit is on a lifetime tenancy arrangement, which means you pay a contribution when you move in, based on the market value at the time. 

We retain a management fee each year from this contribution and anything that is left over, is then repaid to you or your estate.

There is a weekly service fee which covers rates, insurance, maintenance, and repairs.
