The units are in fully landscaped and gated grounds that are maintained by Glenview. Parking is provided in your own garage with remote control access.
If you, or the person you will live with, are over 55 and retired you are welcome to apply for a Glenview Close unit.

Within the village precinct, is the bustling Bisdee Community Centre. Choose from bus trips to local eateries a few times a week, a game of pool, art, cooking and craft groups, gardening or a range of games from Bingo to Scrabble.
On any evening, join us for dinner or movie night if you feel like company.
Glenview makes it easy
Live with as much or as little support as you like. Ask about our low fees to prepare and deliver delicious meals, provide housekeeping services, transport or even an emergency call system.
If you are a carer who needs more support occasionally, Hotel Bisdee offers a respite service in a non-clinical, home-like environment right on your doorstep!
Units are offered for rent for a minimum of 12 months.

If you would like to purchase a unit, our simple agreement is that you won’t own the unit outright. The unit is on a lifetime tenancy arrangement, which means you pay a contribution when you move in, based on the market value at the time.
We retain a management fee each year from this contribution and anything that is left over, is then repaid to you or your estate.
There is a weekly service fee which covers rates, insurance, maintenance, and repairs.
