As a valued member of our clinical team, you’ll bring passion and energy as well as:
- AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – essential.
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
- Strong clinical care capabilities suitable for an aged care environment.
- A high level of organisation and prioritisation skills, with an ability to multi-task.
- Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to flow with change.
- Proven ability to work as part of a cohesive team.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to personal growth through Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Aged Care experience and knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
