Our CEO Lucy O’Flaherty spoke with 7 News Tasmania in an interview which aired on 10 November 2019.
In this clip of the news story, she reveals the latest on the progress of Korongee, Australia’s first village for people living with dementia.
As Lucy says in the interview:
“We’re about a third of the way through the project and it’s at the point where we can actually see what the homes are going to look like.
“It would be great to have more of these villages, whether they’re horizontal or vertical villages in cities, if it was about meeting the needs of the community in which they are located, then that’s fantastic.”
