This program provides individual care for people who are experiencing severe behaviours and psychological symptoms of dementia. People who are unable to be adequately cared for at home, or by mainstream aged care services. The program aims to stabilise and reduce behavioural symptoms, so the person can eventually move to a less intensive care setting.

To join this program a participant must have an assessment by the Aged Care Assessment Team plus obtain a referral to, and an assessment by Dementia Support Australia.
