Would you like to have the option to remain independent in your own unit and receive day-to-day help?
Glenview Close is our independent living unit complex, comprising of 10 two bedroom units all fitted with emergency call systems, fully fenced security gates and lighting, providing a safe and secure environment.
Living in these units means that you have access to meals, laundry services, and cleaning while maintaining your independence.
The financial arrangements for living at Glenview Close are easy to follow. You won’t own the unit outright. A unit can be obtained on a ‘lifetime tenancy’ arrangement, which means you pay a contribution when you move in based on the market value at the time. We retain a management fee each year from this contribution and anything that is left over is then repaid to you or your estate. There is a weekly service fee which covers rates, insurance, maintenance and repairs.
