Lucys career in community services began over 20 years ago, ranging in roles from practitioner to executive, leading her to her current role as CEO of Glenview.
Lucy is passionate about aged care and her focus is set on raising the bar in aged care standards, working tirelessly to create an inclusive community where people can live a good life, both now and into the future.
Her qualifications, experience and achievements are extensive, and she has worked in her early career as a Counsellor in areas of crisis support, homelessness and alcohol and drug misuse.
Lucy has significant experience in the areas of sector reform having led large teams through industry and legislative changes. Combined with her former career in hospitality and marketing, Lucy provides a well-rounded and practical approach to business through finding workable yet strategic solutions.
